CROSSFIT

July 20th, 2012 ~ Okay, so I haven't been Crossfitting lately. Ugh.
Yes, I'll do it. Yes, I promise!
Jeez.

Joining the disc dog club made me hyper aware of my body. I know that sounds weird, but the more I watched freestyle events, and the more I competed myself, you become surprised at how your bodily condition can have a direct effect on your performance. That, and the fact that when I joined, our Pres and VP were both Crossfit maniacs.
I began Crossfitting, and I became an addict myself. In 2011, I lost 36lbs on a Crossfit regimine.
